Potée de jeunes légumes, sauce au foie gras

I posted about this last year when I had it for dinner, and thanks to the presentation on foie gras that just took place in my class, I have been reminded of how awesome it was. 

Recipe available here, and it’s totally worth trying out if you live in a city where you can actually get your hands on foie gras.
