I kind of forgot how awesome English muffins (Toast Brötchen auf Deutsch) are until recently. We’ve been using them for hamburger buns (à la The Bird) and I just had my first cinnamon sugar and peanut butter covered English muffin in years a few minutes ago. Delicious!
