Why can one purchase a KitchenAid stand mixer for...
Are you guys trying to make me miserable? Interestingly enough, they can be bought for under £300 on amazon.co.uk and just under €400 on amazon.fr. Fuck the VAT. I don’t understand these things ever. Once I have money to spare, I’ll likely be purchasing a stand mixer from the UK and get a plug adaptor. Or something?

Treated my face to a mask and exfoliation
I should remember to make time to properly do this more often - my skin feels so awesome right now. My nose was so dry before - the changing seasons always do this to me - and now I am soft and smooth. Off to Ikea in a bit. Ikea trips rock.

I'm avoiding carbs right now
And seeing as all my favorite foods contain carbs (strawberry shortcake, bread of any kind, potato anything, homemade pizza), I’m pretty much rereading every single post of the smitten kitchen and drooling (breakfast apricot crisp, anyone?). I also watched Julie and Julia. It sucked, but the food alone! Whatever, it will all be worth it.
